Tanya Casside, MSW

Tanya Casside, MSW, is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and empowerment. She earned her Master of Social Work from Walden University and has experience including individual psychotherapy, couple, family and group therapy supporting those seeking help with relationship issues, overcoming poor self-image, depression and anxiety.

Tanya’s approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in empowerment. She believes in meeting each person where they are and creating a safe, judgment-free space for healing and growth. In addition to her clinical work, Tanya facilitates self-esteem workshops, helping individuals develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of self-worth. Whether working with youth, adults, or families, Tanya focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths and take meaningful steps toward lasting stability and emotional wellness.
