Meet the Team



Claudette Bailey, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern

Claudette is a Caribbean immigrant who has resided in the US for several decades. She is passionate about incorporating a holistic approach while providing psychotherapy services to a diverse multicultural population within the South Florida region. In her work she focuses on therapy with individuals, couples, and families, includes children (ages 5 through 12), adolescents, and adults. She find satisfaction in providing counseling to individuals who may be hesitant toward accessing counseling elsewhere due to differences in culture.

Claudette employ a variety of evidence-based approaches that may include but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

She is particularly interested in incorporating mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, creative art, and music, after having observed noticeable improvements in clients' coping skills and overall well-being. 


Pro-bono Services
Our company has partnered with educational institutions to provide members of the community clinical services at no cost. These services are provided by social work students completing their last year in their masters programs and through internship are training to become mental health professionals. Our therapist-in-training are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and are equipped to treat members of the community presenting with an array of mental health issues under the supervision of a licensed clinical professional. 


Valerie Vincente, Therapist-In-Training

Valerie Vincente is a New York native who graduated from Florida Memorial University with a BS Sociology Cum Laude and is studying to complete her Master of Social Work at Tulane University. She has previous experience in the community working with the Early Learning Coalition, Miami- Dade County School System as well as the Lotus House Women’s Shelter. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is available to work with all age groups and a variety of presenting issues. 

There are so many experiences that influence a person’s life and Valerie is here to help with these transitions in a supportive therapeutic role. With past professional experience in the community she is also well versed in external resources for both individual and families. She believes change happens with the right support system and would like to become a part of yours.
